Who Are We HALA is a leading fintech player in the MENAP region that aims to redefine financial services and build the future bank of SMEs. HALA currently holds multiple entities in UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt (including HALA Payments, HALA Cashier and HALA Logistics) and offers solutions that enable merchants to digitize their payments as well as manage their sales and operations. Founded in 2017, HALA is currently duly licensed by the Saudi Arabian Central Bank as well as the Financials Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in Abu Dhabi Global Market. Tasks & Responsibilities: Own HALA’s digital growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, aligned to business OKRs. Lead performance marketing and channel scaling (Search, Social, Affiliates, App), managing CAC/CPA, ROAS, and budget efficiency. Drive product-led growth with Product/Data teams: optimize onboarding, KYC completion, first transaction, and repeat usage through experiments and feature rollouts. Build lifecycle/CRM programs (push, email, SMS/WhatsApp) to improve engagement, reduce churn, and grow LTV. Develop digital growth for SME/merchant segments: targeted campaigns, vertical plays, and scalable onboarding/activation playbooks. Own growth analytics and reporting (funnels, cohorts, CAC:LTV, MAU/DAU, TPV/GMV), ensuring clean tracking and actionable insights. Lead and grow the digital growth team and agency partners; coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Finance. Ensure growth initiatives comply with Saudi fintech ecosystem direction and regulatory context. Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or related field; MBA is a plus. 8-10 years in digital growth/performance marketing/product growth, with 3–5 years leading teams in high-scale tech/fintech environments. Proven track record driving measurable growth in app-based or payments products: CAC reduction, activation uplift, retention gains, revenue/GMV scaling. Strong command of growth analytics : cohorting, funnel analysis, A/B testing, attribution, LTV modeling, and ROI/incrementality methods. Deep hands-on experience with major ad platforms and tools (Google, Meta, TikTok, DSPs, App campaign stacks) plus CRM tools (Braze, SFMC, Iterable, MoEngage, etc.). Experience partnering tightly with Product/Engineering on PLG and experimentation frameworks . Strong knowledge of KSA digital landscape and fintech regulatory context; ability to operate in SAMA-regulated or compliance-heavy environments. SAMA Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Fluent English ; Arabic strongly preferred for local market execution.
